Costas began his career in sales and worked in the communications and healthcare sectors before specialising in the construction industry. Costas held high-level positions for various nationwide recruitment companies primarily specialising in recruiting in the mechanical and electrical sector. Costas continues to work closely with both UK and International clients on major projects across London and since founding OSP Group he has been passing on his experience to his growing team of new consultants.
Matt joined OSP in its infancy in May 2015 and has seen it grow from a small passionate M&E recruitment company to the rapidly growing, well-respected construction recruitment company it is today. Matthew has been a key figure in the growth of OSP, having established key relationships with some of OSP’s largest clients. His weekends are filled with DIY or attending Arsenal.
Antony has focused on the recruitment sector for nine years and joined the OSP team in March 2017 to manage the construction division of the business. He has since opened a new office in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, and has ambitious expansion plans for developing the business further. Antony likes to spend his spare time with his fiancée and daughter, going for walks and watching Tottenham Hotspur.
James has worked in recruitment for over ten years; he joined OSP in 2016 and brings with him considerable experience and knowledge having specialised in the M&E recruitment market. James has excelled since joining OSP, quickly becoming a leading member of the team. During his spare time, James likes spending time with his wife, daughter and little dog.
Andreas has excelled at managing some of OSP’s largest clients. He has taken a lead role in the office, managing day-to-day duties and assisting with resourcing. Andreas has proven himself as a valued member of the team and an asset to OSP. During his spare time, Andreas likes to spend time watching football or going to live music gigs.
Alina joined OSP in August 2016 and has quickly become a very valued member of staff. Her work ethic and energy have enabled her to develop a very good understanding of the expectations of OSP’s client base. Her management of OSP’s temporary workforce has been exemplary and she has a very bright future at OSP. In Alina’s spare time she likes to go for long country walks with her husband and their little dog.
Leanne joined OSP in 2018 having spent eight years in the finance and credit control industry. Leanne was tasked with taking the lead role in streamlining and perfecting the internal procedures at OSP. She has been instrumental in giving OSP the platform to develop into a mature construction recruitment agency.
Jack joined OSP Group as a Finance Apprentice. Over the last year Jack has impressed both clients and co-workers with his efficient, hands-on approach. Working alongside Leanne Heywood on a day-to-day basis, he is a valued member of the team. He was recently promoted to the role of Finance Assistant.
Senior Business Development Manager
Penelope specialises in industrial, construction and hospitality recruitment. Candidates include white/blue collar staff, warehouse, live event staff and HGV drivers. She has considerable experience working with London premier league football clubs, including Chelsea FC and international brands and has a well-earned reputation for professionalism. Penelope’s team is Millwall of course.
Business Development Manager
Shannon is growing the scale and reach of OSP Group by engaging with new clients needing specialist and reliable recruitment support. Her background is in administration and she has graduated to her current role because she sees considerable growth opportunities for the company. Shannon loves fitness, going for long walks and staying healthy.
Payroll and Compliance Manager
Rachel manages our payroll and compliance functions in the Sawbridgeworth office. She ensures our temporary workforce is fully compliant and that all contracts are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising, dining out, travelling and using social media.
Recruitment Manager – Construction
Sam specialises in the construction industry and spends much of his time getting out on site to see clients and candidates. This gives him real insight into their circumstances, objectives and needs. Sam is a keen West Ham FC supporter and enjoys socialising.
Transport & Freight Manager
Doug started in finance and from 2014 has specialised in recruitment and has concentrated on the transport and freight sector. He has been advising blue chip and SME clients and takes particular care to ensure that candidates and clients have the best cultural fit. When not working he likes going to the gym, watching boxing and spending time with his daughter.
Transport and Industrial Consultant
Tom, one of our senior recruitment consultants based in Colchester, has been providing driving and industrial candidates for clients across Suffolk and Essex for over five years. Tom believes that his success comes from providing a high quality, transparent service to both clients and candidates and is always keen to go the extra mile where possible. Tom is an avid football supporter who follows both Colchester United and Chelsea as well as occasional England away fixtures!
Dan has extensive experience in recruitment for the industrial sector and thorough knowledge of the local economy. He focuses on giving clients and candidates expert advice and pro-active support. Dan enjoys sports and is a keen Arsenal fan.
