“OSP has focused exclusively and continuously on onsite personnel because our construction industry needs skilled, qualified, motivated people to create the built environment we need for this country. It’s clear to me that the UK can really benefit from the quality of skilled workers around the world; so I made it my business to travel internationally to source a talented workforce and I have been pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm of our candidates, the immediate support of clients and the rapid growth and development of the company.
I think what sets us apart is that we keep our eye on the ball at all times and have a passionate desire to win for our clients.
We’ve been looking after of mainly family and private construction businesses in the region and we’re now geared up to meet the needs of larger corporate clients keen to resource up to complete their projects on time and within budget.
