OSP Group is based in Gillingham, Kent and has offices in London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Liverpool and Glasgow; clients include construction, transport & freight and industrial companies in London and South East England.

Costas Pieri
Managing Director
Costas began his career in sales and worked in the communications and healthcare sectors before specialising in the construction industry. Costas held high-level positions for various nationwide recruitment companies primarily specialising in recruiting in the mechanical and electrical sector. Costas continues to work closely with both UK and International clients on major projects across London and since founding OSP Group he has been passing on his experience to his growing team of new consultants.

Matthew Wood
Associate Director
Matt joined OSP in its infancy in May 2015 and has seen it grow from a small passionate M&E recruitment company to the rapidly growing, well-respected construction recruitment company it is today. Matthew has been a key figure in the growth of OSP, having established key relationships with some of OSP’s largest clients. His weekends are filled with DIY or attending Arsenal.

Antony Holdcroft
Construction Manager
Antony has focused on the recruitment sector for nine years and joined the OSP team in March 2017 to manage the construction division of the business. He has since opened a new office in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, and has ambitious expansion plans for developing the business further. Antony likes to spend his spare time with his fiancée and daughter, going for walks and watching Tottenham Hotspur.

James Forde
Operations Director
James has worked in recruitment for over ten years; he joined OSP in 2016 and brings with him considerable experience and knowledge having specialised in the M&E recruitment market. James has excelled since joining OSP, quickly becoming a leading member of the team. During his spare time, James likes spending time with his wife, daughter and little dog.

Andreas Pieri
Managing Consultant
Andreas has excelled at managing some of OSP’s largest clients. He has taken a lead role in the office, managing day-to-day duties and assisting with resourcing. Andreas has proven himself as a valued member of the team and an asset to OSP. During his spare time, Andreas likes to spend time watching football or going to live music gigs.

Alina Belecciu
Resourcing Manager
Alina joined OSP in August 2016 and has quickly become a very valued member of staff. Her work ethic and energy have enabled her to develop a very good understanding of the expectations of OSP’s client base. Her management of OSP’s temporary workforce has been exemplary and she has a very bright future at OSP. In Alina’s spare time she likes to go for long country walks with her husband and their little dog.

Dan Maund
Industrial Manager
Dan has extensive experience in recruitment for the industrial sector and thorough knowledge of the local economy. He focuses on giving clients and candidates expert advice and pro-active support. Dan enjoys sports and is a keen Arsenal fan.

Quinn Brieirlay
Industrial Consultant
Quinn has a strong background in Industrial Recruitment and joined the Colchester team in July 2020. Quinn’s personal approach, strong work ethic and focus on quality has made him a real asset to the team. In his free time, Quinn enjoys regularly attending the gym and plays for Maldon Rugby club.

Garry Masterson

Experienced Manager, Consultant and Resourcer with over 25 years in Recruitment under my belt for my sins, for the most part in the Construction sector. I supply trades and labour to various clients all across the UK from small subby’s to large global organisations. I pride myself in my level of service and honesty and the ability to tailor my client’s needs and requirements to suit them to get the job done quickly and cost-effective. When I am not working my kids keep me on my toes whether it is trying to keep hold of my gaming skills against my son or my daughter thinking I am young enough to somersault with her at Gymnastics! Family, Friends and Football orientated (not necessarily in that order!).

Jamie Ryan
Construction Manager
Jamie joined OSP in October 2022 to set up the Liverpool office, Jamie has 24 years’ experience within the construction Recruitment industry. Having held Senior roles previously, he has a proven track record of building branches, Divisions, and teams. He brings to the table a great understanding of the industry, he has worked with many of the same clients for years. Jamie and his partner Emma have recently become parents for the first time, where in October 2022 they welcomed their daughter Sadie in to the world. Out of work Jamie enjoys watching football, and his beloved Coventry City FC, so no one can call him a glory supporter.

Natasha Allen
Senior Labour Manager
Natasha has worked with Jamie for a number of years, and when she was made redundant from her previous role he had no hesitation in bringing Natasha on board here at OSP. With 10 years’ experience covering Construction, M and E, Natasha has a very good reputation in the industry and is known, liked, and respected by clients and candidates alike.
Out of work Natasha has a son called Ezra aged 5, and a partner called Chris, and has a mild obsession with Disney.

Fuet Bayer
Recruitment Consultant
Fuat is a graduate of The University of Essex with a BSc Management & Marketing Degree in 2022. After graduating Fuat joined The OSP Group as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant supporting candidates and businesses throughout the recruitment process. Fuat enjoys watching football and supports Galatasaray.

Samuel Farley
Recruitment Consultant
Sam started with OSP in January 2022 as part of the Construction team in Sawbridgeworth, assisting clients within the commercial and high-end residential projects with their recruitment needs. Sam enjoys watching Man United in his spare time and going to the gym.

Jack Dorkin
Construction Recruitment Consultant
I joined OSP around the start of 2022, coming in to my first consultant role with lots of ambition. I’m part of the construction team at OSP’s Sawbridgeworth office and work with a number of well respected fit-out contractors. In my spare time, I enjoy going to Spurs games, spending time with mates and going to the gym.

Florentina Suciu
Labour Manager
Florentina joined OSP back in 2019 in her first role in the UK. She has been an integral part of the growth of the Construction division and resource across the business.

Jessica O’Neill
Apprentice Labour Manager
Jessica joined us in June 2023 as an apprentice, and works along side Natasha covering all aspects of a labour manager role, and payroll. Out of work Jess enjoys socialising with her friends, dance, going out for food.

Clare Durkin
Credit Controller
I’ve been a credit controller for multiple recruitment agencies and have also worked extensively within the energy sector. I have 2 boys Conor 15 and Callum 11, both keep me on my toes daily! Along with Bobby the crazy Labrador who loves long walks and swimming in the damn. When not working I will be found on one of the Canary Islands soaking up the sun with a good book in hand.

Karee Wilkin
Office Manager
Karee joined OSP in 2020 as PA for the managing director she quickly demonstrated her skill sets where far more valuable elsewhere within OSP and became head office manager in 2023. Karee is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow OSP to operate efficiently. Karee is now the “Go to” person for just about all back office functions and has become an invaluable person within our organisation.
